Potential homeowners are engaged in comprehensive step-by-step process of purchasing a home including information on special programs/grants for first-time home buyers (someone who has not owned a home in the past three years) Following the FTHB workshop clients interested in purchasing a home will be scheduled to meet one-to-one with a counselor and receive a certificate for completion.  (A nominal fee is charged to obtain an electronic credit report.)
